Who we are

TenderLoop ("we") provides cross-border public-procurement intelligence software. For any privacy question or to exercise your rights, contact [email protected]. We act as the data controller for account and usage data, and as processor for data you enter about your firm.

What we collect

• Account data: your work email, company name, and a hashed password (we never store passwords in plain text).
• Company profile: the sector, keywords, region and capability description you provide so we can match relevant tenders.
• Usage data: basic logs (pages viewed, actions taken, timestamps) to operate and secure the service.
• Tender data shown to you comes from official public sources (EU TED, national portals); it is not personal data about you.

Why we use it (legal basis)

To provide the service and your matched tenders (performance of contract); to secure and improve the product (legitimate interest); and, where required, with your consent. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

Only the sub-processors needed to run the service: our cloud hosting provider (EU/Switzerland region) and, where you use AI drafting features, our LLM provider — which processes the text of the request and does not train on your data. We never share your profile with other customers.

Where it's stored & how long

Data is stored in Switzerland and/or the EU, encrypted at rest. We keep account data for as long as your account is active and delete it on request or within a reasonable period after closure.

Your rights

You may access, correct, export or delete your data, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Email [email protected] and we will respond within the statutory timeframe. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data-protection authority (the FDPIC in Switzerland, or your EU supervisory authority).

Cookies

We use a single essential, first-party session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

We'll post updates here and, for material changes, notify account holders by email.
