Every year, governments across Europe award more than €2 trillion in contracts. In theory it's open to everyone. In practice, the firms that win are the ones with the time and staff to hunt through dozens of portals and write bids by hand. We think that's the wrong filter.
TenderLoop started from a simple observation: the information is already public — it's just unusable. Notices are scattered, multilingual, and buried in PDFs. Small and mid-sized firms with genuine expertise miss contracts they'd have won, simply because they never saw them in time.
Modern AI changes that. A machine can read every notice in every language the moment it's published, judge fit against what a firm actually does, and draft a first response in minutes. We built TenderLoop to put that capability in the hands of the firms that need it — not just the ones that can afford a full-time bid team.
And we built it to work across borders from day one. Public procurement stops at national lines; the firms that could win don't have to. Our mission is to make European public procurement accessible to any SME, in any country, through a single cross-border platform. We're starting in Switzerland — but we're building for Europe.
Public sources only, human-reviewed drafts, and data hosted in Switzerland & the EU. Trust is the product.
We automate the search and the first draft. You keep the strategy, the relationships and the final word.
Every score and benchmark traces back to real, published procurement data — not vibes.
We're onboarding our first cohort of firms now. See your matched tenders and help shape the product.
